So you look at Facebook, and you check out people online or on YouTube, and it seems like all the successful business people have this compelling presence online and on social media. But what if you're an introvert? What if you don't love to do videos? What if you want to do things differently? Does that mean that you're not going to be successful? Of course not. There are so many ways to be successful, and there are so many ways not to follow everybody else's way. My guest today is Heather Dominick, a former high school drama teacher who is now a successful self-employed business coach. She created a virtual event, a course called Business Miracles that has helped thousands and thousands of people in a significant way. Her global recognition gave her the opportunity in winning 2015 Best of Manhattan Coaching award. Tune in!
Do you remember a time in your life when you did something that is bigger than yourself? Something that you didn't even know that you can do that gave you a lot of pride and joy? That is not a separate part from you. This is your essence. And in essence, you are capable of living a heroic life and doing heroic things. And I believe that in each and every one of us, there is this greatness that we can all tap into and unleash. I believe that with all my heart.
My guest today is Dr. Chris Zaino. He is a former Mr. America, Mr. Universe, and IFBB pro bodybuilder. He's a world-renowned speaker, author, and entrepreneur. Experienced his own trauma and recovered from a deadly terminal disease and became a doctor and wanted to help others. And now he helps others not only on the physical level but also helps them with their mentality. He created the I Am Hero project to resurrect heroes from that complacency of their secret identity so they can leave a heroic life once again. By expressing and experiencing true love now in every year of their life, and through his four-step methodology, he helps heroes rise.
We're going to talk about self care and how to integrate your feminine essence into your life. And the lady that is going to converse with me today, her name is Elizabeth DiAlto. She's the founder of Wild Soul Movement, and she does one-on-one coaching, she's the host of Truth Telling Podcast, and also an author and a speaker. Her mission in life is to help those who identify as women worldwide to reclaim and redefine their own womanhood and contribute to a new paradigm of culture where it is both safe and natural for women to love, trust and accept themselves fully.
You're in for a treat because my guest is extraordinary. I love her and love everything she talked about. When I think about a neuroscientist, I think about somebody who is a nerd and sits in a lab, whatever interesting imagery comes to mind. She's got the smarts and the fire. She is a wonderful, fun human being that is super wise and is going to teach you how to improve your brain and your memory. Mostly what she's focusing on is how you can stand out, how you can enter a conversation and have people remember you, how you can do a presentation and have people remember you and retain what you told them. This is the key to success because when you are top of mind, people want to work with you, people want to engage with you. How do you stay top of mind? How do you grab someone's attention?
In the past, I don't know why maybe it's my personality, I used to draw attention regardless of what I did. My friends in high school, they could sneak in late and nobody noticed but as soon as I do it until this day, everybody notices it. I'm an attention magnet somehow and in the past, I try to dim it. Sometimes I still do, but the more I talk to more interesting smart people, successful high achievers and all those freaking unbelievable experts that are here, the more I get that getting attention is not necessarily a bad thing. You want to channel it to do good in the world. You want to channel it to a place where it influences your success and the success of the people that are around you and that are working with you. We’re going to learn more about that. Do you want to learn how to be more magnetizing and how to influence people for good and be a force for good?

She's also a guest lecturer at Stanford University and speaks frequently on the importance of using brain science to craft communication. She is fantabulous. Also, I would love to hear from you if you are enjoying this. If you feel like it is valuable, then go ahead and give me a five-star review and tell me why you liked it. If you don't like it, don't tell anyone. Just kidding. Being a podcaster, it’s sometimes lonely on the other side. I want to hear and be engaged with you. If this knowledge that I bring to you contribute to your life, inspires you and something that you love and fills your heart with joy, then I would be so grateful to hear from you and connect with you.
